Voltalia was awarded 20-year Contracts for Difference (CfD) during the recent Allocation Round 4 (AR4) auction for the 90 MW Clifton and Higher Stockbridge solar photovoltaic (PV) projects located in Dorset, UK.
Following the contract award, Voltalia has begun construction on the two solar PV farms. The projects are expected to generate enough power to meet the annual needs of more than 50,790 UK residents.
The solar projects are planned to be commissioned in Q4 of 2023 and Q1 of 2024.
