Vestas to supply wind turbines for Guleslettene wind project

Vestas Wind Systems will provide turbines for the 197 MW Guleslettene wind project under a contract with Zephyr. The facility is located in Norway and consists of 47 units of V136-4.2 MW wind turbines. The turbine models are optimized for to fit the specific location it has Vestas Anti-Icing System.

The contract also includes a 25-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement. The delivery of the equipment is set to commence in the second quarter of 2020.

A fund managed by BlackRock Real Assets has agreed to buy the project. Zephyr will be the long-term asset partner in the facility.
