Polimix Energia Ltda has commissioned Vestas to deliver and install 23 V150-4.5 MW wind turbines for the Mundo Novo wind project located in São Miguel do Gostoso in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
The agreement covers a 20-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement once the project is commissioned. The turbine delivery is planned for Q3 and Q4 of 2023.
The project is expected to be operational by Q2 2024.
