US Solar Fund enters agreement with Cypress Creek Renewables for the 90 MW solar portfolio acquisition

US Solar Fund plc (USF), a fund managed by New Energy Solar Manager Pty Limited, has entered into an agreement with Cypress Creek Renewables for the acquisition of a 90 MWdc solar photovoltaic portfolio located in North Carolina and Oregon, USA. 

The Fund is about to complete the due diligence and is working expeditiously towards a binding agreement to acquire the portfolio as well as structuring debt and tax equity finance.

USF expects to commence the construction of the projects before the end of 2019.
