TerraForm Power Inc. has completed the acquisition of a nearly 100 MW portfolio of concentrated solar power facilities in Spain from NextEra for a total price of EUR94.1 million (US$101.5 million), plus working capital adjustments.
The portfolio comprises two 49.9 MW facilities, each with nine hours of storage capacity.
