Brookfield Asset Management has closed the acquisition of the 50% stake in the Spanish renewable energy developer X-Elio in the fourth quarter of 2019.
In November 2019, the European Commission has approved the deal entered by Brookfield and KKR & Co. Inc. which currently solely controls X-Elio.
