TerraForm Power Inc has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of two concentrated solar power (CSP) plants in Spain with a combined capacity of 100 MW.
The solar projects have an individual capacity of 49.9 MW.
The deal represents a total investment of EUR94.1 million (US$104 million). The transaction is expected to close by the first quarter of 2020.
