Sunwin Energy divests 375 MWp Italian solar portfolio

Sunwin Energy and an unnamed company have signed an agreement for the sale of 375 MW of solar projects in Italy.

The portfolio includes 15 ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) farms with individual capacities ranging from 10 to 75 MW and anticipated ready-to-build (RTB) dates between 2023 and 2026. The mid-stage projects are to be installed in industrial sites, landfills, and agro-photovoltaic projects, among others.

In this arrangement, Capcora has served as the only M&A advisor. Bird and Bird was a sell-side legal consultant.
