Sonnedix completes acquisition of 18.11 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) park in Ishikawa prefecture

Sonnedix Japan, on behalf of the Sonnedix Group of companies, has completed the acquisition of an 18.11 MW solar PV project from Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited.

This ground-mounted solar PV plant, located at an abandoned farm in the Ishikawa prefecture, is in operation since January 2019 and benefits from the Japanese FiT regime. On this transaction, Sonnedix was advised by Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Thai Solar Energy Public Company Limited was advised by Krungthai Zmico Securities.
