Sonnedix has completed the acquisition of a 117.8 MW Ready-to-Build (RtB) solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio located in Italy from Graziella Holding and other minority sellers.
The solar portfolio includes the 69.5 MW Sonnedix Cagliari and the 48.3 MW Sonnedix Nuoro solar PV projects in Sardinia. The plants are expected to start operations by the Q3 of 2023 and the Q1 of 2024 and once built, they will benefit from a feed-in tariff from Gestore dei Servizi Energetici. The projects are designed to produce approximately 212,000 MWh annually to power up to 80,000 homes per year.
