Singapore launches tender for 100 MW floaing solar PV project

The Singaporean Economic Development Board has launched a Request for Information to explore the possibility of a 100 MWp floating solar photovoltaic system for private sector consumption, starting with studies at Kranji Reservoir. The project will lead to a reduction of 52 kilotonnes of carbon emissions each year, which is equivalent to taking 11,200 cars off the road annually.
