Siemens Gamesa to supply turbines for two onshore wind farms in Dalarnas

Eolus Vind AB has signed an agreement with Siemens Gamesa regarding the delivery of 16 wind turbines for the 74 MW Skallberget/Utterberget onshore wind project and the 25 MW Tjärnäs onshore wind project in Sweden.

The Siemens Gamesa will supply SG 6.6-170 model wind turbines for the onshore wind projects. Skallberget/Utterberget onshore wind plant will be located in Avesta municipality and will consist of 12 turbines. Located in Hedemora municipality, the 25 MW Tjärnäs wind plant will consist of 4 turbines. Both projects are located in SE3.

The commissioning of these two wind plants is planned for the fourth quarter of 2023.
