Vasa Vind AB has achieved full commercial operations at its 60.5MW Raftsjohojden wind park located in Strömsund Municipality, in Jämtland County, Sweden.
The project is part of a 400 MW wind turbine cluster together with 49 MW Munkflohogen and 288-MW Askalen parks. The project consists of 11 wind turbines Cypress platform, with 5.5 MW capacity each and 158-meter rotors, supplied by GE Renewable Energy.
The project is expected to generate 200 GWh of electricity annually. The construction of the Raftsjohojden wind farm was started in the autumn of 2020.
