Sharp Energy Solutions Corporation enters agreement with NSN Construction and Engineering to form a joint venture company

Sharp Energy Solutions Corporation (SESJ), a unit of Sharp Corporation, has entered into an agreement with the NSN Construction and Engineering JSC to form a joint venture company that will focus on the construction of solar power plants. 

Under the deal, SESJ acquires 60% of the shares outstanding of NSN Energy Solution JSC, a renewable energy-related construction company that NSN and others established in March 2019. The newly acquired company will change its name to SHARP NSN ENERGY SOLUTION JSC with NSN to own 38% and Gisoko JSC, an NSN affiliate, to hold 2%.
