Shizen Energy Inc. has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Halcom Vietnam JSC to become a stakeholder and technical partner, indicating the start of a newly formed international partnership in the development of multiple renewable energy projects in Vietnam.
The projects currently planned under the partnership include the Phương Mai 3 Wind Farm, which is operated by project company Central Wind Power JSC (CWP) in Nhơn Hội economic zone, Bình Định province. The wind farm is powered by 6 Siemens Gamesa turbines, with a capacity of 3.5 MW each. The total nominated capacity is 21 MW generating power at 77.945 million kWh/year.
In addition to the position as a stakeholder in the project, Shizen Energy also commits to providing Technical Asset Management services.
