Yorkshire-based Sewell Facilities Management (FM) has been awarded a contract to provide facilities management services for the Dogger Bank Wind Farm at its onshore converter stations in East Yorkshire and Redcar, UK.

FM will be responsible for delivering facilities management services at the wind farm’s onshore converter stations located in East Yorkshire and Redcar. When completed, the Dogger Bank project will be the world’s largest offshore wind farm, expected to supply around 5% of the UK’s electricity—enough to power nearly six million homes. Under the contract, Sewell FM’s scope of work includes HVAC services, grounds upkeep, water hygiene, cleaning, and waste management at the converter sites.

Sewell FM is based in Hull and operates additional offices across East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, and the North East. The company supports organisations throughout the North of England by delivering maintenance, compliance, and safety services that ensure buildings remain safe, efficient, and fully functional. It offers round-the-clock support, covering both planned and reactive maintenance, while also helping clients meet legal requirements related to gas, water, and fire safety.

The agreement with the Dogger Bank Wind Farm marks another milestone in Sewell FM’s recent growth. Over the past year, the company has expanded its portfolio by taking on around 120 additional properties, including securing a new long-term partnership with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
