Sermsang Power Corp completes sale of 17 MW AC solar PV project in Hokkaido

Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited has completed the deal with ZEC1 Godo Kaisha for the sale of an interest in the 17 MW AC / 21 MW DC Hidaka solar photovoltaic facility located in Hokkaido, Japan for a total consideration of JPY2.8 billion (US$20.83 million). 

The solar project has been in operation since March 2018 and secured a power purchase deal with the Hokkaido Electric Power Corporation for a period of 20 years. 

The transaction was closed on June 8, 2022.
