Juwi Shizen Energy Inc, a Tokyo-based renewables contractor, has completed a 53.9 MWp/39.9 MW AC solar photovoltaic (PV) farm located in Tochigi prefecture, Japan.
The Pacifico Energy Sano Mega-solar Power Plant was constructed on a former golf course in Sano City and commissioned in May 2022, after a 19-month building period.
The solar farm is expected to generate over 62 GWh per year.
