Scout Clean Energy has completed the construction of the 130 MW Bitter Ridge Wind Farm project developed in Jay County of Indiana.
The project is built on more than 4,000 hectares of land with General Electric's 2.82-MW wind turbines. BHE Renewables has provided the tax equity financing for the project with the construction debt financing secured from KeyBanc Capital Markets, CoBank, ACB, and Rabobank.
Once commissioned, the wind farm will deliver the energy produced from the plant to Constellation with 80% of the output under a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA).
