Skyline Renewables LLC has acquired the 250 MW Galloway I solar project in Texas, USA from 8minute Solar Energy LLC. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Skyline Renewables also secured financing to construct the project, which is scheduled for operation by the end of 2021.
Morgan Stanley Capital Group Inc. will be an offtaker for the project. A CIT Group acted as coordinating lead arranger on the US$151 million financing.
