The market competition regulator in Russia has delayed for three months the deal between Shell and Gazprom Neft that seeks to grant Shell a 50% stakes in Meretoyakhaneftegaz.
The deal which represents about RUB9.3 billion (US$145.73 million) is a joint venture of the two companies for the Meretoyakhinskoye oil field exploration.
