Jinko Solar has completed the sale of its two solar photovoltaic projects in Mexico with a combined capacity of 155 MWp to White River Renewables, a joint venture set up by Riverstone and White Summit Capital.
The transaction involves the 130 MWp photovoltaic plant, located in Jalisco, while San Ignacio, a 25 MWp solar photovoltaic plant, is located in Yucatán. Both plants are currently fully operational and have achieved COD under their PPAs in September 2018, in the case of the Viborillas plant, and in May 2019, in the case of the San Ignacio plant.
Enertis has served as a technical advisor to White River Renewables in the acquisition of the two solar photovoltaic plants.
