Rays Power Infra has completed the construction of the 275 MW solar photovoltaic project located in Sundaranj, Bangladesh.
The facility is installed on about 600 acres of land and is designed to offset up to 375 billion tonnes of carbon emission. In 2021, LONGi has been contracted to supply 280 MWp high-efficiency Hi-MO 5 modules to Beximco Limited for the project.
The project is owned by Bangladesh Export Import Company Ltd (Beximco Ltd), the largest private-sector group in Bangladesh.
