RAI Energy selected to develop a 50 MW photovoltaic project in Jordan

Jordan's Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources (MEMR) has selected RAI Energy International to develop a 50 MW project in Jordan as part of MEMR's Initial Ranking for the Qualified Bidders for Direct Proposals Submission for Solar PV Projects/Round III based on Base Proposals 50 MW. 

The project is expected to start construction in 2019 and to be commissioned in 2020. The facility will be granted a 20-year power purchase agreement with the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO).
