Energa Group, a unit of PKN Orlen, has started the construction of its 20 MW PV Gryf solar photovoltaic project located at a former mining area in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship of Poland.
The project is part of the energy auction completed in December 2020.
The solar farm will consist of up to 40,000 solar PV modules. The existing transmission infrastructure will be used for the project.
