Petrobras concludes sale of BSBios

Petrobras, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Petrobras Biocombustível SA (PBio), has concluded the sale of all of its shares (50% of the company's capital) issued by BSBios Indústria e Comércio de Biodiesel Sul Brasil (BSBios) to the company RP Participações em Biocombustíveis SA(RPBio). The value of the transaction is at BRL322 million (US$59.9 million).

BSBios owns two biodiesel plants: Passo Fundo biodiesel plant, located in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, and Marialva biodiesel plant, located in the State of Paraná.
