Palisade Investment Partners announced the creation of a new renewable energy platform called Intera Renewables. The platform intends to combine the company’s five operational renewable energy assets with a total capacity of approximately 1 GW. Palisade hopes that the creation of this platform will take advantage of the unprecedented momentum in the energy sector, driven by Australia’s net-zero targets and the retirement of fossil fuel generation.
Intera Renewables will focus on developing renewable energy of scale in Australia. Palisade Investment Partners hope that bundling their existing operational wind farms and solar farm will provide them with the required scale to take full advantage of this rapidly growing sector. This new platform's seed assets include four wind farms located around South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania, as well as the Ross River solar farm situated in Queensland.
