Omega Geracao SA has completed the acquisition of two wind projects in Brazil with a combined capacity of 97.2 MW for a total consideration of BRL282.8 million (US$69.5 million).
The projects involved are the Delta Energia 7 SA and Delta Energia 8 SA wind farms.
The wind projects are developed in Maranhao state in Brazil.
