Norvento has completed the construction of its six new wind farms that were developed in the province of Lugo.
The parks, located in Abadín, A Pastoriza, Mondoñedo, Riotorto, Trabada, A Pontenova, and Lourenzá were awarded in the auction of the Ministry of Energy (now, Ministry for Ecological Transition) in 2017. The wind parks the now all in operation, four of the wind farm has been already connected to the electricity grid for months.
The parks represent a total of 128 MW of power and produce an annual amount of energy equivalent to the electricity consumption of a municipality of 90,000 inhabitants.
The parks are being monitored and managed both from the Norvento Enerxía Innovation Center (CIne).
