NextEnergy Solar Fund enters deal to acquire two solar PV projects

NextEnergy Capital Group investment vehicle for solar developments, NextEnergy Solar Fund (NESF) has signed, an agreement to acquire 100 MW solar photovoltaic facilities in UK for GBP89.4 million (US$64.3 million). 

The Camden solar PV portfolio consists of two projects: the 50 MWp The Grange solar project in Yorkshire and the 50 MWp South Lowfield solar project in Nottinghamshire.

The projects have an existing power purchase agreement (PPA) with AB InBev that covers 75% of the energy output.
