NEA launches tender for Piluwa - Parwanipur 132 kV Transmission Line Upgradation Work

Nepal Electricity Authority, through the financing support of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), has launched a tender for the Piluwa - Parwanipur 132 kV Transmission Line Upgradation Work. 

The Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in the bidding:

  • Bidders shall have a minimum average annual turnover of US$4.70 million within the last three years;
  • Bidders are required to have successfully or substantially completed at least one contract within the last 7 years and that is similar to the proposed contract, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$1.90 million.

The deadline for the submission of bids is on May 16, 2023.
