NBT AS to build 250 MW Syvash wind project in southern Ukraine

NBT AS and its Ukrainian subsidiary SyvashEnergoProm is set to build a 250 MW Syvash Wind Power Project in Kherson Oblast, southern Ukraine.

SyvashEnergoProm has signed a EUR292 million (US$332.44 million)engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) Contract with Power Construction Corporation of China, Ltd. (POWERCHINA) and POWERCHINA Fujian Engineering Co. Ltd., who together will serve as the EPC contractor for the wind farm project. Nordex Energy GmbH will act as turbine supplier for the project as well as service provider under a 15-year Warranty Service and Maintenance Agreement to be signed in early September.
