Maltese state-owned company Enemalta plans to inugurate the 46 MW wind project in Ulcinj on November 25, 2019.
The Možura wind farm is a 46 MW generating facility, which consists of 23 individual windmills with a capacity of 2 MW each.
The investment is being implemented by Enemalta and Malta Montenegro Wind Park Company, whose headquarters is also in Malta.
The Montenegro’s second largest wind farm will produce about 120 GWh of energy per year, substituting energy imports worth around EUR6 million (US$6.64 million).
The long - term land lease agreement stipulates that the wind farm will, after the lease period expires, be fully revitalised into permanent state ownership in 2035.
