Kobus Partners, EnerHi, and Morera & Vallejo have signed an agreement to develop a 110 MW solar photovoltaic project located in the province of Guadalajara, Spain.
With a total investment of about EUR81 million (US$92.05 million), the project will be connected to the San Sebastián de Los Reyes substation in Madrid. The construction of the project is scheduled to start by for the first quarter of 2023 and is expected to be operational by 2024. The construction phase of the project will generate about 90 local direct and indirect jobs.
Once operational, the project is expected to generate about 215 GW annually, enough electricity to cover the consumption of more than 60 thousand homes annually and avoid the emission of almost 162,500 tons of CO2.
