KKR buys majority stake of Albioma
Albioma and KKR have signed an agreement for the acquisition of 83.44% of Albioma’s capital after KKR's Board of Directors unanimously approved the transaction in May 2022.
Albioma is an independent renewable energy producer focused on biomass, photovoltaics, and geothermal energy. It operates in overseas France, mainland France, Mauritius, Brazil, and Turkey.
The settlement delivery of the transaction is scheduled for August 11, 2022.
