JA Solar has announced the installation of the 10.705 MW Tel Yitzhak Reservoir floating solar photovoltaic (PV) power project in Israel.
The installation of a floating PV farm permits the full utilization of idle water resources to generate green electricity while reducing water evaporation and protecting water resources, which is crucial in water-deficient regions. The entire solar farm is composed of JA Solar DeepBlue 3.0 PV modules.
Ralco Energy provided complete services and logistical and technical support for the solar farm.
