The Government of Uzbekistan (GoU) has requested the assistance of IFC Advisory Services in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) (IFC Advisory or Purchaser) to act as lead transaction advisor for the procurement, development, construction and operation and maintenance of two utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) power projects in Uzbekistan on a PPP basis, based on the Scaling Solar Program developed by IFC.
Each project will be located on separate sites and will have a maximum capacity of 100 MW. IFC Advisory will support the GoU in identifying and selecting (a) private sponsor(s) to implement the Project.
IFC Advisory is hereby seeking to recruit an international legal consultant to assist IFC in all matters related to the design and tender process of the two transactions.
The deadline for the submission of documents to participate in the tender is on September 9, 2019.
