Neoenergia, a subsidiary of Iberdrola, is set to purchase a 400 MW wind portfolio in Brazil from PEC Energia.
The projects that compose the portfolio are located in the Serra da Gameleira in the state of Bahia, Brazil, and covers a total land area of approximately 7,800 hectares.
The deal is expected to value up to EUR12.88 million (US$15.25 million). The transaction is subjected to the necessary approvals.
