iAM Capital Group completes sale of 34 MW solar portfolio to EF Solare Italia

iAM Capital Group has completed the sale, together with its affiliates and minority partners, of its 34.3 MW solar energy portfolio in Italy through the sale of Econergy Renewables 1 Spa, to EF Solare Italia Spa. 

The sale represents another realization of iAM Capital's mission, which is since 2001 has been to develop and monetise attractive alternative investment opportunities around the world, from hedge funds of funds to private equity investments.
