Amber Infrastructure and Hudson Energy Enterprises have completed the sale of the 100 MW Flint Mine solar photovoltaic project planned for construction in Greene County in New York, USA.
The deal is closed to an undisclosed buyer. The project will become the largest solar facility in NYISO Zone G once commissioned. A 20-year agreement for the Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) of the project was secured in a local solicitation in 2018.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
