Hanwha Q-Cells completes acquisition of 200 MWp solar portfolio from Hive Energy

Hanwha Q-Cells GmbHhas completed the acquisition of a 200 MWp solar photovoltaic projects in Spain from Hive Energy, a UK-based renewable energy developer. 

Hanwha Q-Cells now owns Agenor Hive SL, Guadajoz Hive SL, and Don Rodrigo Hive SL, but not Las Coronadas Hive SL. Each of the SPVs owns up to 50 MWp solar projects that have secured grid capacity and land.
