Gresham House Energy Storage Fund completes acquisition of a 45 MW energy storage facility in England

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund, an infrastructure fund dedicated to utility-scale energy storage systems and managed by Gresham House, has completed the acquisition of a 45 MW energy storage portfolio in UK. 

The portfolio is composed of two operating projects - the 35 MW battery storage project in Port of Tyne and a 10 MW energy storage facility located in Essex, Nevendon. The projects have been in operation since 2018 and provide enhanced frequency response services to National Grid.
