JLEN Environmental Assets Group Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Codford Biogas Ltd., an operator of an anaerobic digestion plant located in Wiltshire in England, the UK that uses food waste as fuel.
The transaction was closed for GBP19.8 million (US$27.08 million) of investment. The deal is JLEN's second acquisition into food waste powered anaerobic digestion technology.
