Greenvolt nears completion of 42% stake acquisition in Perfecta Energia
Greenvolt - Energias Renovaveis SA has completed the first phase of the acquisition process of a 42% stake in Perfecta Energía. The completion of the operation is estimated to take place before the end of 2021.
Perfecta Energia, founded in Madrid in 2019, operates in the renewable energy sector and it sells, installs, and maintains solar energy panels for residential customers' self-consumption.
Greenvolt has been guaranteed the option to acquire the entire interest of the target company in 2024.
