WElink Group and China Triumph International Engineering Co. Ltd have completed the 219 MW Solara 4 project in the Algarve region, Portugal. The facility is expected to begin full operations before the end of October.
Referred to as the Solara4 project during its development and construction, the power plant was renamed the Riccardo Totta Photovoltaic Plant at an inauguration ceremony held in the first week of October. The PV plant is equipped with 661,500 panels. It can produce about 382 GWh of solar energy and meet the consumption needs of some 200,000 homes.
