Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company has completed the acquisition of three solar photovoltaic projects with a combined capacity of 21.2 MW from Clearway Energy Group LLC.
The 21.2 MW DG Solar Portfolio consists of 5.5 MW in California, 2.7 MW in New Jersey and 13.0 MW in Maryland and is comprised of a mix of ground-mounted and rooftop systems.
The solar projects are expected to commence operation between June 2019 and March 2020.
EOS Capital Advisors serves as the advisor of Clearway in the deal.
