The Board of Investments (BOI) has awarded the green lane certificate of endorsement to Ivisan Windkraft for its 450 MW Frontera Bay Wind Power Project in Cavite, Philippines.
With the Green Lane approval, national government agencies and local government units are required to accelerate and simplify the processing of permits and licenses for the offshore wind project in Cavite by the renewable energy company. Recognized by the BOI as a strategic investment, the PHP 81.68 billion (USD 1.5 billion) offshore wind project aligns with the government's objective of generating 15.3 GW of clean energy by 2030 as outlined in the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028.
