Goldwind divests 160 MW Rattlesnake wind project in Texas

Goldwind Science & Technology subsidiary Goldwind Americas has sold its 160 MW wind project in the US to an investment company advised by Exus Management Partners.

Rattlesnake Wind Project, located approximately 125 miles northwest of Austin, utilizes 64 Goldwind 2.5 MW Permanent Magnet Direct-Drive (PMDD) wind turbines.

Marathon Capital has acted as the seller's financial avisor.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
