French wind power producer Futuren has started the commercial operation of its 13.8 MW Faydunes wind project located in the Department of Aveyron in France. The facility consists of six 2.3-MW turbines that are capable of producing enough for the consumption of about 11,000 households.
Futuren has also started the construction of its 15.4 MW Mottenberg project located in the Zimming and Narbefontaine municipalities in Moselle department. The wind farm will be equipped with seven 2.2-MW wind turbines enough to supply energy for about 15,000 households.
