Fortum closes sale of 80% stake in 500 MW Nordic wind portfolio

Fortum has completed the sale of its 80% interest in the 500 MW Nordic wind portfolio to funds advised by Credit Suisse Energy Infrastructure Partners (CSEIP).

The wind portfolio consists of Nygårdsfjellet (32 MW, Norway), Ånstadblåheia (50 MW, Norway), Solberg (76 MW, Sweden), Kalax (90 MW, Finland), and Sørfjord (97 MW, Norway).

Sorfjord wind park, which is under construction, is not involved in the sale closure.
